Casaco is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, international customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Shipping Policy - the basics

At Casaco, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly so you can receive your items as soon as possible. Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected service. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Please note that we currently ship on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

What to include in the Shipping Policy

A clear and comprehensive shipping policy should address the following key areas, which are covered in our full policy:

  • Processing Time: The time frame to prepare an order for shipment (e.g., 1-3 business days).

  • Shipping Methods & Costs: The available carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx), service levels, and how costs are calculated (e.g., flat rate, based on order value).

  • Delivery Timeframes: Estimated transit times for different regions and service levels, clearly stated as estimates, not guarantees.

  • International Shipping: If applicable, any restrictions, additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees for which the customer is responsible.

  • Order Tracking: Confirmation that a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Any limitations on where we ship (e.g., no P.O. boxes) or which items can be shipped internationally.

  • Policy on Lost/Damaged Packages: Instructions for customers to contact the carrier directly and to notify us at casaandco1@outlook.com so we can assist in resolving the issue.

  • Change of Address: A clear policy that address changes must be requested before the order has shipped, as we cannot be responsible for packages sent to an address provided at checkout.
