Refund Policy - the basics

At Casaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at casaandco1@outlook.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
